      I purchased a majestic biltmore wood burning fireplace. I received the unit three days later, unfortunately it was damaged. Looked like a one of the forks from a forklift went through the side of the fireplace. I contacted Upzy, they sent me a replacement unit right away and provided all the documentation needed for returning the damaged unit. I will definitely purchase from Upzy again.

We packed the fireplace carefully, unfortunately what happens with the shipping companies after is out of our control. This is definitely a one-time occurrence though!
