Great transaction

Although there was a factory delay, once the bike was ready to ship, it arrived very quickly. Upon arrival, everything was packaged very well. I did need to replace the rear break rotor due to a slight bend, but was an easy fix. Upzy even kept me in the know about the delay and when the bike was to ship. Great customer service in an online world.
