Product arrived on time , slight issue

Product arrived on time , there is a decent scratch on the frame but it appears to have happened through fed ex not upzy. Upzy did refund me some of the money and my experience with the company has been outstanding . Will def be ordering from them again. Very happy with how everything went and how easy it was to contact them , I sent an email Friday and they responded back Monday morning.

Covid-19 hold up

Ordered a 2020 eastern bike. Couple days later upzy got back ahold of me, they can't get it in a regular time. But offered options for a 2019. Kinda a bummer. But they gave me a extra discount, which was nice. The bike came within a week so nice job.
