Love the guitar, overal Upzy Experience, pretty good

I'm very happy with the guitar. It plays great with a low and smooth action without a lot of fret buzz. Built in tuner is convenient, but I haven't used it with an amp yet. The guitar is beautiful, and the satin finish on the neck is great for playability. I'm not crazy about the stock cleartone strings, particularly for playing with a pic, but for fingers only, they do just fine. Nice full bodied tone from the guitar, holds it's tuning well. Really a great value.

The order process was pretty easy, but there was a few days delay from the time I submitted and was charged before I saw any additional communication about order confirmation, shipping updates, etc. This was a bit unnerving to me since I'd never heard of Upzy and feared a potential scam.

My first email to customer support went un-answered. But, I followed up with another email indicating I would dispute charges if I did not receive a response and alas, I received a personalized update.

I understand everyone is dealing with additional pressures from COVID-19, but communication early and often is always appreciated.

All in all, this was a pretty positive experience and I would consider using the site again.
