The Steelflex NFID Flat Incline Decline Adjustable Weight Bench is specifically designed with a shortened base frame to fit perfectly in most smith machines, power racks and multi-press racks. This allows proper form and positioning while performing incline press and shoulder press exercises.
The NFID features quick, easy, solid and secure 6-position ladder-style back pad adjustment along with a multi-position seat pad adjustment. This adjustability allows users of all heights and sizes to do bent knee sit-ups and ab crunches with proper lower back support and hip flexor alignment.
Note this bench does not come with the weight plates.
