This is the Titan COMPLETE REAR MAG WHEEL (Left-Hand, Reverse Thread) No Freewheel.

This can be installed on any Italian made Surrey cycle or Chinese made copy of the Italian Surrey bicycle (Reverse, left hand thread, installs on the right/passenger side).

When installed on this mag wheel, the freewheel engages when it is rotated counter-clockwise.
