The Belize Bike Tri-Rider 20" Buddy Trike, model 96603 has a specially designed frame with a twin child seat with safety belts. This trike kind of acts like a rickshaw- single seat in front and a 2 passenger seat in the back!
This trike can transport an additional 2 kids in the back, or one smaller adult in the back (up to 135 lbs in the rear weight capacity). The Buddy Trike can support a total weight capacity of 450 lbs.
The rear seat can be detached easily (you can remove the 4 screws and nuts to do this).

Fantastic trike, having lots of fun with the grands!! Takes a few spins to get used too, but a nice sturdy bike. Although one fender had 2 dents, which I can live with some paint is chipped on the backseat frame, wondering if I could get some touch up paint? Upzy is a great co., best price out there!! Would definitely recommend!

We bought this for our disabled daughter who outgrew our bike trailer. She LOVES that it sits up higher and she can see around.
It took a few evenings to put together, which my husband did himself (I only put on the fenders and reflectors). The only part we consulted a video on was how to get the chain through the derailleur. The included derailleur was not very good. It would not adjust to go through all gears, so we upgraded it with a $31 better Shimano one from a local bike store.
Our daughter is disabled, and her knees don't bend well, so her long legs hang off the seat deck, and get caught on the pedal upstroke a bit. We will be making some modifications (welding additional height onto posts beneath the seat), but otherwise, this is an amazing bike for her and our family. My husband loves riding our two daughters around on it. He says it's fun to ride, which is saying a LOT for a road cyclist and mountain biker used to 26-29" tires...

I was concerned about the wheel size - it's quite small - but honestly this is a lovely trike. My kid loves riding in the back and despite having very poor health (I have a bad heart, of all things for someone whonwqnts to cycle to have ;) ), I can still go up moderate hills with it which I couldn't with my last single speed trike. I have been on several excerisons now and it serves well.
